What a photogenic set of siblings!

Kelly in natural light on September first

Jake showed me the cool film canister his big brother had given him earlier in the morning. His big brother is taking Photography Class in high school and they’re shooting with film. (Big brother Tim just told me he never gave it to him; Jake just took it).

So Jake remembers his science teacher from last year using Alka-Seltzer to make a little rocket. He figured it would be the perfect way to start his day before leaving for the bus stop.

I had no idea we even had Alka-Seltzer in the house.

Day before the last day of the second week of school. She loves her Woodstock shirt ( finally I get to catch her in a different top; everytime we think the light’s nice and we’ll shoot some frames, she seems to always be wearing the same shirt ).

Shot with a 70-300 mm: 70 mm, 1/125,  f/4.0, ISO 400.

It’s our 17 and a half year anniversary. I always wanted to take her picture in the middle of Main Street. Yes, I’m crazy about her. Welcome to July everyone.
